Church Cleaning FAQs for Osseo Businesses
Common questions from church administrators and facilities trustees in Osseo and the northwest metro.
Do you clean on Sundays?
We can schedule Sunday work during non-service windows. Many congregations have us clean Saturday evening or early Sunday morning before the first service, and again after the final service on Sunday. Access windows are confirmed in writing during the scope walkthrough. We do not clean during active services.
How long does the scope walkthrough take?
Typically 30 to 45 minutes for a building under 10,000 sq ft. Larger or multi-building campuses may take longer. The walkthrough is free and produces a written proposal within two business days.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and bonding appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. A certificate of insurance is included with every written proposal. Details are on our insured and bonded page.
What if something is missed during a cleaning visit?
Contact us the same day and we will return to address the missed area at no charge. If you notice it on a subsequent visit, it is addressed on the next scheduled visit and noted in the cleaning log. Persistent misses trigger a crew review, which we initiate without waiting to be asked.
Can we add spaces or change frequency after the contract starts?
Yes. Scope changes are documented in writing and take effect on the next scheduled visit. Pricing is adjusted from the date of the change, not retroactively.
Do you use the same products in nurseries as in other spaces?
No. Nurseries are cleaned with EPA-registered disinfectants rated for use in spaces where infants and young children are present. We do not use products from categories that require adults-only contact times on surfaces where children will have direct contact. If your facility has specific product restrictions, note them at the walkthrough.
How do you handle scheduling around weddings, funerals and special events?
Events flagged in advance (48 hours minimum) are accommodated without rescheduling fees. We ask for your church calendar at the scope walkthrough and build around known events. Unplanned events are handled on a best-effort basis depending on crew availability.
Do you work with volunteer cleaning programmes?
Some churches use a hybrid arrangement: volunteers handle one weekly light pass, we handle one weekly thorough clean. We can scope around a volunteer programme if it is already in place. See our resource Volunteer Teams vs a Professional Cleaning Contract for considerations on either approach.
What areas do you serve?
Osseo and communities within 25 miles: Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, Champlin, Dayton, Corcoran, Rogers and Brooklyn Center.
