A Lutheran congregation near the 85th Avenue N corridor in Brooklyn Park operates a fellowship hall and full commercial kitchen that serves a weekly community meal programme. The meal is served Thursday evenings to approximately 80 guests, followed by a separate congregation dinner on the first Sunday of each month. The kitchen—equipped with a commercial range, double-stack oven and three-compartment sink—requires a proper post-service clean that meets health department standards for shared kitchen facilities.

We clean the kitchen Thursday evening after the community meal closes and again after the Sunday dinner. The scope covers range grates and burner pans, hood exterior, steam table pans, three-compartment sink scouring, floor mopping with a degreaser-appropriate product (the floor is quarry tile with significant grease absorption in the grout), and waste removal. Hall floors, table wipe-down and chair stacking are included in the same visit.

Community meal programmes at Brooklyn Park faith facilities often have health department involvement. We can provide cleaning logs documenting procedures and products used on request.
