Fellowship Hall & Kitchen Cleaning in Dayton, MN

A Lutheran congregation near the Crow River in Dayton hosts a congregation anniversary dinner each October and a Christmas brunch in December—their two largest annual events. The fellowship hall seats 120 for these events, using round banquet tables that require more setup and breakdown than their normal rectangular arrangement. Post-event cleaning following these dinners is more intensive than the weekly routine.

We scope the two annual events separately from the weekly clean. The October and December cleans include banquet table wipe-down and return to storage configuration, floor mopping of the full hall including under the table staging area, kitchen deep-clean including oven interior and refrigerator coil-area dusting, and disposal of floral arrangements and decorations left after the event. The weekly scope handles the normal Tuesday and Thursday programme cleaning between events.
